Scarabee offers development and turn key delivery of complex order picking solutions. All kinds of orderpicking concepts are possible. Pick to belt, pick to sorter, batch picking, dynamic picking, pick to light, pick to box, pick from tote, etc.
Automated packing systems maximises the picking performance further on. Scarabee implements label printers / applicators, pallet stretch wrappers with / without top sheet, strapping units, robotized palletizing.
The over-all controls of such integrated systems is done at WMS, MFC, visualization and ECS levels. All configured “in house”, based on the viad@t software package. We only integrate high quality equipment (TGW, viastore, Optimus, Eisenmann, ABB, TLS, MecTec, Siat, KBS ...).
